Description of Work:

SaugusDrugs.com web site needed much functionality. We setup custom PHP forms for the pharmacy to gather information about refilling and new prescriptions. Also setup news system and forum for web site users. We went very far in customizing this particular template design by modifying the flash and content pages to look different to suit the company's needs. Included in this project was JavaScripting, PHP programming, installing scripts, flash design and use of complex custom PHP forms.
