Computer Diagnosis
We will come to you home or office and evaluate your computers absolutely free.* We’ll determine what servicing your computer needs to start running like new. No lines, no lugging your computer around, and no long turn around times.

During the evaluation, we’ll make sure your computer has an updated virus and spyware scanner. If it does, we’ll run a scan and make sure your computer is bug free. We’ll also

-identify unnecessary programs that may be causing your computer to lag
-determine if your computer's hard drive should be defragged to increase access time to your files
-recommend any critical software updates

Unfortunately, sometimes virus/spyware removal, hard drive cleanup and software updates are not sufficient to fix your computer's problems. In this case, we may need to re-install Windows or perform hardware repairs or upgrades. During the evaluation, we will determine if such servicing is necessary.

Network Diagnosis
We can also diagnosis your network. If you are experiencing loss of internet connection, inability to share printers, or inability to access your network from one or more of your computers, your network may have a problem. Our techs will come to your home or office and trouble shoot your network. We’ll let you know what servicing your network needs absolutely free.*
